CIA Names New Privacy and Civil Liberties Officer

<b>Statement: </b>Kristi Scott is CIA's new Privacy and Civil
Liberties Officer (PCLO). The PCLO serves as an independent, primary
advisor to the CIA Director and other senior Agency officials to
ensure that privacy and civil liberties are integrated into the
