Deputy Defense Secretary Bob Work and Icelandic Foreign Affairs Minister Lilja Alfredsdottir signed a joint declaration between the Defense Department and the Icelandic Ministry for Foreign Affairs to facilitate future cooperation, according to a DoD release.
