Iraqi forces have begun working toward Mosul after their recent victory in Fallujah against the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant, and the Syrian Democratic Forces are tightening a cordon around Manbij in an operation led by the Syrian Arab coalition, Army Col. Christopher Garver, the Operation Inherent Resolve spokesman said.
