I spoke with Prime Minister Zaev today and congratulated him on his new responsibilities. We agreed on the importance of addressing urgently needed reforms, including on good governance and the rule of law. These reforms will benefit all citizens of the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia¹, and will further advance the country's Euro-Atlantic aspirations.
